The areas of activity of music and PE teachers show an enormous professional range covering aesthetic education during early childhood, primary/open all-day schools, artistic-creative work with young people up to adult education for all age brackets. The Academy of Arts Education developed a concept for work-based qualifications supplementing these areas of activity based on the combination of elementary music education and rhythm/music and motion. Free forms of play, improvisation and experiments are used to promote individual forms of aesthetic expression and obtain social skills through creative processes. This makes it possible for participants, both male and female, to develop an action and process-oriented approach for their practical work.
